Shipping Policy
Some of the products are eligible for shipping within the United States, depending on availability and destination. Shipping is currently limited to select retail beef products and may vary by season and inventory.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and packaging requirements to ensure safe and timely delivery. All perishable items are packed with care to maintain freshness during transit.
At this time, custom beef shares (half/whole) are not eligible for shipping and must be picked up directly from the processor.
Note: shipping is only available in the United States and cannot fulfill international orders.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of the beef products, all sales are final. Brown Cow beef follows a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy on all beef sales, including retail cuts and custom shares.
Because each order is processed, packaged, and handled with care, and because beef is a perishable product, Brown Cow beef cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed or shipped.
